Everyone gets a numbered wristband which is your access pass in to the pool area, your ID for the bag check.


 

Everyone attending the event must abide by the following:


GENERAL POOL SAFETY
The hotel does not provide a lifeguard, so it is up to everyone to exercise common sense and follow pasted signs (no running, no diving, no glassware, etc.) and follow and any instructions given by hotel security. 


BAG CHECK AND CHANGING ROOM
You can wear sandals and bring a personal towel, but for everyones safety and to keep the pool clean and the deck clutter free, other personal items such as backpacks, clothes, shoes and "stuff" must be checked in at our complimentary bag check. Bags are numbered to correspond to your Wristband. There is a changing room you can use.


TOWEL SERVICE
Complimentary towels are provided by the hotel.


PHONES
Phones and water don't mix! We strongly advise you leave your phone in your room or in your bag check.


SUNSREEN
We will have free sunscreen at the pool.


OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGES, PETS, SMOKING, WEAPONS AND ANYONE UNDERAGE ARE NOT ALLOWED.ANYONE INTOXICATED, UNDER THE INFLUENCE, OR EXHIBITING BEHAVIOR DEEMED A DANGER OR NUISANCE TO THEMSELVES OR OTHERS BY SECURITY WILL BE REMOVED WITHOUT REFUND.
