Guest Agreement
By making this booking and providing payment, you acknowledge having read and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations
There is a 2-night minimum stay required for Mineshaft Weekend. The nightly room rate, applicable taxes and a $20 Non-refundable Service Fee is payable in full at time of booking.
Identification
At Check-in you must provide a government issued ID plus major credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
If your plans change you may receive a 50% refund by contacting the Event Producer at MineshaftWeekend@gmail.com and request to cancel your reservation in writing prior to September 13 2022. After September 13 2022 all reservations are final and non-refundable.
Hold Harmless
The Producer of Mineshaft Weekend, Pete King, is only acting as the booking agent and is not responsible for any personal injury, damages, loss or theft that occurs on the property. Any issues that arise at or from your stay must be addressed with hotel ownership. In the event of litigation, Guest agress to hold Producer harmless.
Check in
Unless previously arranged, Check In is anytime after 3:00PM.
Check out
Unless previously arranged, Check Out is 11AM. A fee equal to 50% of the room rate will apply for unapproved late check-outs.
Damages
Guests are responsible for the return condition of their accomodations and may be charged for any damage caused. Smoking of any kind (including vapes) in a guest room is considered as damage due to the expense incurred to remove the odor. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.
Visitor Liability
Guest excepts responsiblity for the behavior and any damages caused by any visitor(s) allowed in to their accommodations.
Children and Pets
The Shady Dell is an adults only getaway, you must be 21 years of age. Pets are not allowed due to the vintage furnishings.
Hotel Liability
The Shady Dell is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.
Noise
There is a local noise ordinance between the hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect your neighbors.
Substances
The use of illegal and non-prescibed substances is prohibited. Guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of the need to monitor alcohol intake and to drink responsibly. Travel to or from the premises while intoxicated or otherwise under the influence is extremely dangerous and is strongly discouraged. Guest agrees to pay, defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Mineshaft Weekend Producer and The Shady Dell from any and all liabilities arising from, related to, or caused by the consumption of alcohol on the premises by Guest and/or member of Guest’s party.
