As many of you know last year I had kneee replacement surgery and still went ahead with the event which damn near killed me. I am back in physical therapy preparing for my second knee replacement surgery but with all the stairs and phsical work involved in a 3-day event like Mineshaft is just not doable. It sucks, but that's my relaity. Next year I hope to come roaring back!
