Will Call
Tickets are not mailed but held under your name at the entrance "Will Call" ticket line. You must show Government issued ID and keep i on you at all times while on property. If you buy tickets for friends it will be up to you to distribute them.
Wristbands
You will be given a wristband which you must wear to be on the hotel property at all times. Note: If security sees you on property without a wristband you will need to purhcase a new one.
A safe and enjoyable experience for everyone at Liftoff is our goal.
Guests must adhere to Hotel Policies and Security Personnel Instructions at all times.
All guests are subject to pat down/wanding and bags are subject to search.
Non-presciption drugs and firearms or weapons of any kind are prohibited.
Pets are not allowed (other than bears).
Nobody under the age of 21 is allowed on property.
Anyone behaving in a way that is disruptive, disrespectful or harmful to the safe enjoyment of the event by others will be removed.
Anyone engaging in illegal or threatening behavior may be subject to additional police and possible legal action.
