Description
The Deluxe Double Queen is set apart from the rest of the motel along Tombstone Canyon and has a private carport for one vehicle. This is the largest of our rooms with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and living room sitting area between the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has one pillow-top queen with quality linens. The bathroom with shower is accessed by passing through one of the bedrooms.

Guest Agreement
By making this booking and providing payment, you acknowledge having read and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations
There is a 2-night minimum stay required for Mineshaft Weekend. The nightly room rate, applicable taxes and a $20 Non-refundable Servce Fee is payble in full at time of booking. Additional nights can be booked separately on The Jonquil website: www.thejonquil.com.

Check in
Unless previously arranged, Check In is between 3:00PM-6:00PM.

Check Out
Check out is 11AM. Unless previously arranged, late check outs may be assessed an additional charge.

Identification
At Check-in you must provide a government issued ID plus major credit card.

Additional Guests
Rates are based on Double Occupancy. Additional guests add $25 per person per night

Cancellations and Refunds
If your plans change you may receive a 50% refund by contacting the Event Producer at MineshaftWeekend@gmail.com and request to cancel your reservation in writing prior to September 13 2022. After September 13 2022 all reservations are final and non-refundable.

Hold Harmless
The Producer of Mineshaft Weekend, Pete King, is only acting as the booking agent and is not responsible for any personal injury, damages, loss or theft that occurs on the property. Any issues that arise at or from your stay must be addressed with hotel ownership. In the event of litigation, Guest agress to hold Producer harmless.

Damages
Guests are responsible for the return condition of their accomodations and may be charged for any damage caused.

Smoking
The Jonquil guest rooms are totally smoke-free. A $200 fee will be added to your account for cleaning associated with smoking in-room. Please use the ashtrays in the back courtyard when smoking outside.

Visitor Liability
Guest excepts responsiblity for the behavior and any damages caused by any visitor(s) allowed in to their accommodations.

Pets
The Jonquil allows dogs. There is an additional non-refundable $25 fee per animal. Your dog may not be left alone during your stay at the Jonquil, but Bisbee is very dog-friendly and most of the shops, bars, and restaurants will accommodate your pup! We also have a Pet Agreement form that you must sign.

Hotel Liability
The Jonquil is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.

Noise
There is a local noise ordinance between the hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect our neighbors.

Substances
The use of illegal and non-prescibed substances is prohibited. Guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of the need to monitor alcohol intake and to drink responsibly.
