By making this booking and providing payment, you acknowledge having read and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Reservations
Rates are based on Double Occupancy. There is a 2-night minimum stay required for Mineshaft Weekend. The nightly room rate, applicable taxes and a $20 Non-refundable Servce Fee is payble in full at time of booking. Both Thursday and Sunday nights can also be added to your reservation.
Check in
Unless previously arranged, Check In is after 3:00PM. For arrivals after 10PM please contact the hotel.
Check Out
Check out is 11AM. Unless previously arranged, late check outs may be assessed an additional charge.
Identification
At Check-in you must provide a government issued ID plus major credit card.
Cancellations and Refunds
If your plans change you may receive a 50% refund by contacting the Event Producer at MineshaftWeekend@gmail.com and request to cancel your reservation in writing prior to September 13 2022. After September 13 2022 all reservations are final and non-refundable.
Hold Harmless
The Producer of Mineshaft Weekend, Pete King, is only acting as the booking agent and is not responsible for any personal injury, damages, loss or theft that occurs on the property. Any issues that arise at or from your stay must be addressed with hotel ownership. In the event of litigation, Guest agress to hold Producer harmless.
Damages
Guests are responsible for the return condition of their accomodations and may be charged for any damage caused.
Smoking
This is a smoke-free property. A $200 fee will be added to your account for cleaning associated with smoking in-room. Please use the ashtrays in the back courtyard when smoking outside.
Visitor Liability
Guest excepts responsiblity for the behavior and any damages caused by any visitor(s) allowed in to their accommodations.
Pets
Dogs are allowed for an extra charge of USD 50.00 per pet, per stay. Service animals are welcome, and are exempt from fees. Your dog may not be left alone during your stay.
Hotel Liability
The Copper Queen Hotel is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables.
Pool Access
The pool is open until 10PM but due to ticketed special events taking place, access to the pool will be restricted at various times.
Noise
There is a local noise ordinance between the hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect our neighbors.
Substances
The use of illegal and non-prescibed substances is prohibited. Guests will be solely responsible for ensuring that all members of their party are aware of the need to monitor alcohol intake and to drink responsibly.
Room Category Changes
To change your room type, contact us at Mineshaftweekend@gmail.com. Subject to availability, we will assist you with a brand new reservation and then cancel your previous reservation and refund the room charges. Please note that the Booking Service Fee is not refunded.
No Shows
If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date your reservation may be cancelled so, if you are going to miss your check in, be sure and contact the hotel.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available for purchase in the hotel restaurant.
ADA
This is an old hotel and there are stairs at the entrance. Please call ahead for assistance if you have mobility challenges like a wheelchair and the hotel can assist you.
